In Godzilla 1985 (1984), Godzilla smashes into the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building after losing his first battle with the Super X. Thirty-three years later, Godzilla once again smashes into the Sumitomo Building, but this time he causes a lot less damage. Godzilla is Shinjuku's tourism ambassador, and from August 1 until November 17, you can catch a glimpse of Godzilla's return to the Sumitomo Building.
