Last night, the evening of January 7, I had a very enjoyable yakitori dinner with former gaijin actor Max Von Schuler. For more information about Max and his acting career, check out my interview with him here.
Even though I'd interviewed him a few months ago, this was our first time to meet. Not only did we talk about his memories of making Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991) as an American soldier who gets stomped by Godzillasaurus, but we also discussed many other amusing stories from the sets of various other Japanese movies and TV programs. Max has certainly seen and done quite a lot!
